ABOUT THE PLANS

Who can sign up for these plans?
These plans are exclusive to Citi Credit Cardmembers in Singapore. The Butler Plan is available only for Citi Prestige and Ultima cardholders.

When will my plan be activated?
Your Citi x P.UP plan will be activated within 3–5 working days, and you will receive a confirmation email.

How do I use my plan?
Download the P.UP App from the App Store or Google Play. Once activated, your plan benefits will be visible in the app.

Can I upgrade or change my plan?
Yes, you can switch to another Citi x P.UP plan at any time to better suit your needs.

MOBILE CHARGING & SERVICES

Where can I book a mobile charging session?
Anywhere in Singapore — at home, work, or any legal parking spot.

What’s included in each mobile charging session?
On-site EV charging plus a hand wash and tyre shine (worth $30/month).

How long does a mobile charging session take?
On average, around 1 hour, depending on your EV’s battery level.

Do you cover parking fees?

Yes, up to $2 per session. Any additional parking fees will be billed to you.

Subscription & Cancellation

What is the minimum subscription period?
There is a minimum commitment of 3 months.

Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, from the 4th month onwards by submitting a written request.

Butler Plan

Citi Prestige and Citi ULTIMA Cardmembers

What is included in the Butler Plan?
The Butler Plan offers unlimited mobile charging and 2 complimentary P.UP EV Rescue services per year, designed for Citi Prestige and Citi ULTIMA Cardmembers with demanding EV lifestyles.

Is emergency charging available for all plans?
Some plans include P.UP EV Rescue service — please check your plan details.
